Half-day walk
The full route. Iconic London, the parts nobody photographs, and enough different light and locations to carry a whole trip.
Central London · on foot · after dark or before the crowds
I'm Aby. I've been photographing this city for years and I know the City of London inside out, including at night. We walk for a few hours through Westminster, Mayfair, Soho, Southwark and the City, and I photograph you as we go. Nothing posed, nothing studio-perfect. Then I send you the edit — not the card, the edit.
"If you do what everyone else does, you get what everyone else gets"
A walk, not a studio session. Roughly two to four hours depending on what you book, at your pace, with breaks.
Inside Leicester Square or Liverpool Street station. We talk about what you want out of the day before a single frame is shot.
Through Westminster, Mayfair, Soho, and Southwark or the City. The iconic parts, photographed properly rather than from where everyone else stands.
Parts of the city almost nobody sees. This is the bit you can't get from a map, and it's the reason to walk with someone who lives here.
Lots of frames, in a lot of different settings and light. You'll forget the camera is there after about twenty minutes. That's the point.
A proper break. Sit down, eat something, look at what we've got so far.
Best light is early morning, or the two to three hours before sunset. Night shoots around the City are some of the strongest work I do. I get by in Spanish, French, Italian and Hindi, and can answer back in English or a passable attempt at yours.

For a smaller window. Same approach, same eye, fewer locations.
As many as are good.
I'll shoot several hundred frames on a walk. You won't get several hundred. You'll get the ones that work — every frame I'd put my name on, and none I wouldn't.
I don't put a number on it, and that's deliberate. A number is a quota, and a quota is how you end up with filler: twelve near-identical frames of the same corner, padding a total. Everyone else hands you the whole card and leaves you to do the sorting. That isn't a service, it's a dump.
Choosing is the job. It's the part that takes years to learn, and it's the part you're actually paying for.

An unforgettable experience in London! The location was absolutely stunning — perfectly chosen for breathtaking photos. Aby was fantastic, taking care of every detail and making us feel completely at ease. The entire tour felt so natural, beautifully designed, and effortless. Highly recommended for anyone looking to capture special moments in London with a personal touch!
Aby replied: Thank you! We were lucky with the weather and it was my pleasure to show you and your father some of my favourite parts of London without being in a crowd of other visitors or in a big group. If you return there are many more beautiful places to be photographed in. All the best for your onward journey into Europe.

Aby was amazing. His knowledge of the city, photography skills, and personality made the experience one to remember. He made me feel comfortable and at ease and was so lovely to work with. Communication was excellent, and he was very quick to share the photos or provide alternatives if I asked. This was definitely a unique and highly personalised experience — I cannot recommend this enough.
I love London, and I love taking photographs that show the natural beauty in everyone and everything in this diverse city — the kind you'll remember forever.
I specialise in outdoor street shoots. It isn't studio-perfect photography. The images are emotive, natural, and very lightly post-processed, if at all. I know the City inside out, including at night, and I can take you to places that are worth the walk.
My other work — art photography and prints — is under the name Dj Non-Trivial. There's a professional portfolio on Model Mayhem.
Message me with a date and I'll tell you what the light is doing.
